Delighted to share my experiences of reflective practice and teaching portfolios at the recent 3EConference2023 conference in Aarhus. Reflecting on our teaching philosophy encourages us to think about our values, beliefs, and practice in entrepreneurship education and should be rooted in our discipline. The philosophy and format of the 3EConference gave us the time and space to question the future of enterprise education amongst engaging, inspirational, and highly creative peers.
