Delighted to share that my latest paper “ Knowing the dancer from the dance – Exploring the influence of Teaching Portfolios in Entrepreneurial Education “ has been published in a special issue of the Irish Journal of Management – Entrepreneurship Education: The Path to Entrepreneurial Mindsets?

This paper explores the pivotal role of the educator in shaping entrepreneurial mindsets. Using autoethnographic enquiry, it examines how teaching portfolios serve as reflective tools that embody an educator’s teaching and learning philosophy. The findings suggest that teaching portfolios not only enhance personal and professional development but also contribute meaningfully to the scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL) in entrepreneurial education.
