Final research is underway on a new toolkit designed to support the inclusion of students with intellectual disabilities in mainstream enterprise education. Building on insight from the design of TU Dublin’s first inclusive enterprise module, the initiative—funded by Growth Hub—brought together entrepreneurship students from the School of Tourism & Hospitality and students from the Learning Together programme, TU Dublin Blanchardstown.

Integrating universal design principles and novel enterprise education pedagogies, students collaborated in mixed teams to explore emerging inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurial opportunities. The module culminated in an Inclusive Dragons’ Den, where the winning team, Phototrail, pitched a universally designed photography app.
