My career in academia is driven by a passion for teaching and learning, a deep joy in the pursuit of knowledge, and a belief in the transformative power of education. As an educator, I draw great inspiration from Nelson Mandela’s powerful words: “Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world.” (Mandela, 1990)

My dynamic  teaching philosophy has evolved through years of hands-on practice and academic research. As an entrepreneurial educator, I aim to cultivate entrepreneurial mindsets, equipping learners to tackle real-world challenges through enquiry-based and experiential learning. I design authentic assessments that reflect practical application and relevance. At the heart of my approach is a learner-centred ethos, where I strive to create inclusive and supportive environments that foster student initiative, agency, and confidence.
