As entrepreneurial educators we are always growing and learning and the team at TU Dublin GROWTHhub have been a huge support to me and my students at TU Dublin School of Tourism and Hospitality Management on this journey. I am delighted to share that our latest collaborative project has just been published in a new book entitled “Rethinking Hospitality and Tourism Education – Disruptors and Transformations”. Grounded in entrepreneurial education pedagogy, the article explores the development of entrepreneurial competency through the use of SimVenture the online learning validation software.
