This term we celebrated the achievements of female entrepreneurs across the events, tourism, and hospitality sectors through a student-led initiative. As part of their entrepreneurship studies, M.Sc. students in Event Management, Tourism Management, and Hospitality Management were challenged to research and present short case studies on pioneering women in their respective industries.

The project culminated in a vibrant “Women on Walls” showcase, held during the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management’s celebration of International Women’s Day. Featuring both national and international case studies, the initiative honoured the creativity, resilience, and leadership of women shaping these critically important fields.
